If the name of your Organisation / Institute does not appear in the list, write request email
to rrfadmin@dae.gov.in giving following details:
- Complete Name of the Institute / Organisation
- Short Name of the Institute / Organisation
- Title of Head of Institute / Organisation eg. Dr, Prof etc.
- Full Name of Head of Institute / Organisation
- Designation of Head of Institute / Organisation
- Email ID of Head of Institute / Organisation
- Alternate Email ID Head of Institute / Organisation
- Contact no of Head of Institute / Organisation
- Full address of Head of Institute / Organisation

The request email must be sent from the official email – ID of the head of the host Institute / Organisation.

Once request for registering your Institute on RRF Portal is received, the Admin creates
an account and sends User ID in return email to the Head of the Organisation.

The password can be generated by using the link given at the bottom of Login Form as below:
“If you do not remember your password, please click Here
to get new password in your registered Email ID”
It will send you a temporary password in your registered email id. You can Login
using temporary password and change it immediately after login.
